Delete your account
Effective July 21, 2026
This English text is provided for convenience. The French version is the official one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
You can delete your Clark Coach account and the information attached to it. You do not need to install the app or sign in to read this page or to request deletion.
Deletion is permanent. Your sessions, measurements, programs and conversations cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep first (section 6).
1. In the app
Sign in to Clark Coach, then follow: Profile → Delete my account. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted from the server, your device's cache is wiped, and you are signed out.
2. By email (without the app)
If you no longer have the app, or you cannot sign in, write to justin.halaby@groupejustin.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion".
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that no one else can have your account deleted. We process the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion in writing.
3. What is deleted
Everything attached to you, including:
- your account and profile (name, email, gender, date of birth, preferences);
- your body measurements and morphological traits, including their history;
- your workout sessions, exercises and sets, with their notes;
- your answers to between-set questions;
- your programs, workout templates and enrolments;
- the exercises you created yourself;
- your gyms and their equipment;
- your personal notes on exercises;
- your assistant conversations and all of their messages;
- the link between you and a coach, if any.
4. What is kept
- Exercise variations you created that were contributed to the shared library remain available to other people, but the link to your account is erased: they are no longer attributed to you.
- Encrypted backups still contain your data until the end of their rotation cycle (7 days), after which they are overwritten.
- Diagnostic reports already sent to Sentry contain neither your name nor your email address — only a pseudonymous identifier — and expire according to that tool's retention period.
- Information we are legally required to keep is retained for the prescribed period.
5. How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. An email request is processed within 30 days. Backups are purged afterwards, on the cycle stated in section 4.
6. Get a copy of your data first
Before deleting your account, you can request a copy of your information by writing to justin.halaby@groupejustin.com. We send it to you in a structured, commonly used format, within 30 days.
7. Special cases
- Coach and administrator accounts. These cannot be deleted from the app, because other people depend on them. Write to justin.halaby@groupejustin.com and we will do it manually, after unlinking your athletes.
- An account a coach created without your agreement. Write to us and we will delete it, no questions asked.
- Coming back later. Deletion is irreversible. You can create a new account with the same email address, but it will be empty.
